Thermo Guard is designed for easy application, ensuring effective heatproofing and waterproofing for a variety of surfaces. Follow these steps to achieve the best results:
Clean the Surface: Remove dirt, dust, oil, grease and any loose particles using a wire brush, scraper or pressure washer.
Mixing: Stir the Thermo Guard liquid with powder thoroughly before use to ensure an even consistency. If the product requires dilution, follow the instructions on the packaging. Avoid over-diluting, as it may reduce effectiveness.
Application: Thermo Guard can be applied using a brush, roller or spray equipment depending on the surface and project requirements. Use a high-quality brush or roller to apply Thermo Guard evenly across the surface. For enhanced protection, apply a second coat of Thermo Guard after the first coat has dried. Ensure the second coat is applied evenly and in the opposite direction of the first coat for better coverage.
Curing: Allow the product to cure for the recommended time before exposing it to water or other elements.
